Zhejiang Hulong Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (HULONG SPORTS) is a scooter manufacturer based in Yongkang, Zhejiang — China's hardware capital. Founded in 1994, we have spent three decades building scooters for some of the world's most demanding retailers.

We operate a 24,000 m² self-owned factory with an annual capacity of 3 million units. Injection molding, metalworking, robotic welding, spray coating and assembly all run in-house, supported by our own testing lab for physical and electronic component testing.

Our 80+ SKUs cover kids scooters, balance bikes, city scooters, electric scooters and stunt scooters, certified to EN71, ASTM F963, EN14619 and RoHS. Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015, BSCI and SMETA accreditation.

ODM and OEM design manufacturing is our core business. From concept to container, one partner.

1989

Our founder began developing power tools and e-motors in Yongkang, Zhejiang, laying the engineering foundation for the decades that followed.

1994

Zhejiang Hulong Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (HULONG SPORTS) was established in Yongkang, Zhejiang Province.

2002

Hulong began manufacturing e-bikes in Yongkang, Zhejiang Province.

2003

Hulong began producing e-bike motors in-house.

2009

Hulong entered kick scooter manufacturing, with injection molding, robotic welding, spray coating and assembly brought fully in-house.

2021

A new 14,000 m² workshop was completed, adding six automated production lines and bringing total self-owned floor area to 24,000 m².

Today (2026)

HULONG SPORTS manufactures more than 80 scooter and balance bike SKUs across five categories, at an annual capacity of 3 million units. Products are certified to EN71, ASTM F963, EN14619 and RoHS, and exported to more than 20 countries.
