Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer with our own factory. Founded in 1994 in Yongkang, Zhejiang, we operate a 24,000 m2 self-owned facility with injection molding, metalworking, robotic welding, automatic spray coating and assembly lines, with an annual capacity of 3 million scooters. Factory audits and video tours are welcome.

Which certifications do your scooters have?

Accepted Answer

Product safety: EN71, ASTM F963, EN14619, EN62115 and RoHS. Factory system: ISO 9001:2015 (Cert. No. 606402), ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, plus BSCI and SMETA (Sedex 4P) social compliance audits. Certificate copies are available for customs clearance.

Do you support OEM and ODM?

Yes. OEM/ODM is our core business. We customize logo, color, stickers, packaging, manuals, barcodes and multi-language printing, and can modify structure or open new tooling. One-stop service from design to mass production.

Which products do you manufacture?

Accepted Answer

Five main categories with 80+ SKUs: 3 wheel kids scooters (TC series), balance bikes (BB series), city/adult scooters (P series), electric scooters (K series) and stunt scooters. Wheel sizes 100/120/200mm, materials aluminium, steel and plastic, surface treatment powder coating, anodizing or plating.

What is your price range and trade term?

FOB Ningbo USD 6 to 60 per unit, depending on category, wheel size, material, surface treatment, packaging and order quantity. EXW, FOB and CIF are available.

What is your warranty and after-sales policy?

Accepted Answer

Warranty is 【待确认：1 year / 3 years】. Defective units caused by non-human factors are replaced free of charge or credited against the next order after photo or video confirmation.
